After Amber went through her own struggles with emotional eating and food addiction, she learned how to use healthier ingredients to create things she thought she would never be able to eat again due to them containing gluten, sugar and dairy.
This book is proof that it’s possible to enjoy things like tasty treats including fudge and hazelnut chocolate chip cookies without all the refined sugars and poor quality ingredients. As well that various meals and snacks can be made completely nutrient dense, full of color & taste that the body can use to function at an optimal level without compromising taste or appeal.
