  1. 2 cups spinach
  2. 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  3. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  4. 1 cup almond milk
  5. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  6. 1 tsp turmeric
  7. 1 tsp cinnamon
  8. 1/2 avocado
  9. 1/2 medium lemon
  10. 1 tbsp. flax seeds
  11. protein powder of choice
Instructions
  1. Directions: add to blender and blend until smooth.
