Banana Vanilla Mango Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

For the Smoothie:

  • 1 tbsp pitaya powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp collagen (for protein)
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp Yoso coconut yogurt

For the Toppings:

  • 2 slices dragon fruit
  • A handful of raspberries
  • ½ sliced banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top it all off with dragonfruit, raspberries, banana, chia seeds and rose petals.
  3. Enjoy!
