Blackberry Chia Blue Lemon Smoothie
Serves 1
For the chia pudding bottom
  1. 4 tbsp chia
  2. ¼ cup fresh blackberries blended in a blender
  3. ¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  4. 1 tsp maple syrup
For the Smoothie
  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. 1 tsp E3Live blue majik
  3. 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  4. 3 tbsp coconut cream
  5. 1 tsp organic lemon extract
  6. 1 scoop collagen or protein powder
  7. ½ avocado
  8. 1 stemless wine glass.
  1. Blend blackberries in a blender.
  2. Mix chia seeds, yogurt, blackberries and maple syrup and add to the bottom of the wine glass.
  3. Blend all smoothie ingredients and add smoothie to chia bottom.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
