Kiwi Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fresh or frozen kiwis peeled
  • 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp white vanilla powder
  • 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder of choice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add extra coconut cream or yogurt to make thicker
  3. Makes about a cup! Enjoy!
