Neapolitan Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  1. Unsweetened shredded coconut
  2. White Layer
  3. ¼ cup Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
  4. ½ cup gluten-free oats
  5. Strawberry Pink Layer
  6. ¼ plain Yoso Coconut Yogurt
  7. 4-5 fresh strawberries
  8. 2 tsp chia seeds
  9. Chocolate Layer
  10. ¼ cup chocolate Yoso
Instructions
  1. Blend strawberries and the plain Yoso Coconut Yogurt in a blender until well mixed and add the chia seeds.
  2. In a mason jar, add a layer of oats, Yoso vanilla yogurt, the strawberry layer, the chocolate layer and repeat until you fill the jar, then top it all off with shredded coconut and strawberries.
