Ingredients
  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. 2 tbsp unsweetened pumpkin puree
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. small pinch of nutmeg (add more to your taste preference)
  5. 2 tbsp coconut cream
  6. 2 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  7. 1 tsp white vanilla powder
  8. 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  9. Bonus (add a green if you like, spinach is always a good choice.)
Method
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add extra coconut cream or yogurt to make thicker
  3. Makes about a cup! Enjoy!
