Vanilla Berry Overnight Oats

WHITE LAYER
  1. ¼ Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
Berry LAYER
  1. ½ cup Yoso Coconut Yogurt
  2. ¼ cup blackberries
  3. ¼ cup raspberries
  4. ¼ cup strawberries
  5. ¼ blueberries
OTHER INGREDIENTS
  1. ¼ unsweetened shredded coconut
  2. ½ cup gluten-free oats
  3. Pinch of cinnamon for the top
Instructions
  1. Add a layer of oats to the bottom of a stemless wine glass or jar.
  2. Add a layer of yogurt, then berries, then cinnamon and then a second layer of oats, yogurt and berries. Top with cinnamon and enjoy!
