Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie

  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. ½ cup frozen raspberries
  3. ½ cup frozen blueberry/blackberry mix
  4. 1 tbsp white maca powder
  5. 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  6. 2 tbsp coconut cream
  7. 2 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  8. 1 tsp white vanilla powder
  9. 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  10. Bonus (add a green if you like, spinach is always a good choice.)
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add extra coconut cream or yogurt to make thicker
  3. Makes about a cup! Enjoy!
