Chocolate Hazelnut Berry Parfait

Ingredients

Chocolate Hazelnut Layer:

  • 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ cup Yoso Vanilla coconut yogurt

The White Layer:

  • ½ cup plain Yoso Coconut Yogurt
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 stemless wine glass

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl for the chocolate hazelnut layer.
  2. Slice strawberries and add to bottom of the glass.
  3. Add a layer of Yoso yogurt, then add a layer of chocolate hazelnut and repeat layers.
  4. Top with berries, cacao nibs and quinoa.
