Gingerbread Energy Bites

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup smooth cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • 4 tbsp coconut flour
  • Pinch of coconut flour (to dust the outside of the bites)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cashew butter, maple syrup and coconut butter until mixed well.
  2. Add cinnamon, ginger, cloves and allspice and mix well.
  3. Blend in coconut flour and mix well.
  4. Form into quarter size bites and dust in coconut flour.
