Kiwi Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 fresh kiwis
  • 1 dragonfruit cut of the flesh frozen
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tbsp Yoso coconut yogurt
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp collagen (for protein)
  • Toppings
  • 1 kiwi sliced
  • 2 slices dragonfruit
  • ½ banana sliced
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • 2 fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top them off with slices of kiwi, dragonfruit, banana, hemp hearts and fresh strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!
