Gluten-Free Herb Flatbread




For the Bread:

  • 2 cups gluten-free Bob Red Mills All Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs

For the Olive Oil:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp basil flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Add all flatbread ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add a piece of parchment paper to a cookie sheet
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment (roughly half inch thick)
  5. Mix oil and spices in a bowl
  6. Top with oil/spice mixture and bake 22 minutes, flip pan around after 10 minutes to evenly bake.
  7. Let cool slightly, slice and enjoy!
