½ cup Coconut Cream
7–8 thinly sliced apple pieces (blended into the mixture)
¼ cup pecan pieces
¼ unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon (to mix into the coconut yogurt)
½ cup gluten-free oats
1 stemless wine glass or mason jar
Add a layer of coconut yogurt to the bottom of your jar or stemless wine glass.
Add a layer of oats, coconut, apple, coconut yogurt with cinnamon in it and repeat the layering until you fill the jar.
