Cranberry Orange Smoothie



  • ½ frozen or fresh orange
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • ½ avocado ripe
  • 2 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt


  1. In a high speed blender add all ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
  3. Suggestion: Add your favorite protein powder or collagen
