S’more Energy Bites



  • 1 cup smooth almond butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 5 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows ripped in half (Dandies Brand)


  1. Add almond butter and maple syrup to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add coconut flour and mix well until you can form the mixture into a ball without it sticking to your hands.
  3. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows and mix them in thoroughly.
  4. Form into golf-ball size balls and store in the fridge or cooler
  5. Makes about 25-30 energy bites!
