Lavender Lemon Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Lavender tea bag steeped in ½ cup coconut milk
  • A handful of frozen blackberries
  • A handful of frozen blueberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1/2 tsp organic lemon extract
  • A handful of fresh spinach (or frozen)
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Collagen
  • Toppings
  • 1 tsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt to swirl on top of smoothie
  • Blueberries
  • Coconut chips
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high power blender until smooth and pour into your favourite bowl! Top with shredded coconut, blueberries and coconut chips and swirl 1 tsp of coconut yogurt on top of all.
