Warm Vanilla Mint Drink

Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp organic peppermint extract
- ½ tsp Prairie Naturals Red Superfoods Powder
Instructions
- In a medium size pot heat up milk at medium heat.
- Add in honey and coconut cream and mix well until honey is fully dissolved.
- Add in peppermint extract and mix well.
- Pour half the peppermint milk into a mug and add the red superfoods powder to add a festive red touch to your drink and pour remaining peppermint milk into your mug and enjoy!
