Warm Vanilla Mint Drink

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp organic peppermint extract
  • ½ tsp Prairie Naturals Red Superfoods Powder


  1. In a medium size pot heat up milk at medium heat.
  2. Add in honey and coconut cream and mix well until honey is fully dissolved.
  3. Add in peppermint extract and mix well.
  4. Pour half the peppermint milk into a mug and add the red superfoods powder to add a festive red touch to your drink and pour remaining peppermint milk into your mug and enjoy!
