A delicious and unique pancake recipe inspired by chicken apple sausages. Sweet meets salty in this protein packed pancake that is sure to leave your apples and maple cravings satisfied. A great Stampede breakfast pancake option for those who want to try something a bit different than the normal variety.

  1. 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Gluten-free Flour
  2. 1 tsp Aluminum-free Baking Powder
  3. 1 Tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
  4. Pinch Sea Salt
  5. 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  6. 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  7. 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  8. 1/2 Cup unsweetened apple sauce
  9. 1 Tbsp grade B or C Organic Maple Syrup
  10. 2 Medium Organic Gala Apples Shredded
  11. 1 Package Winter's Turkey Deli Style Slices
  12. 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp Coconut oil.
  2. Add turkey pieces and cook until brown & slice into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, sea salt and cinnamon, stir well.
  4. Add in eggs, maple syrup, milk, oil, shredded apple, turkey and vanilla and mix well.
  5. Over medium/high heat add 1 Tbsp coconut oil and drop batter making medium size pancakes.
  6. Flip pancakes once golden brown on the underside.
  7. Top with organic maple syrup and enjoy!
