Big Red Superfood Popsicles

Big Red Superfood Popsicles

  1. ½ cup frozen raspberries
  2. 5 frozen strawberries
  3. 1 tsp white vanilla powder
  4. 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  5. 1 Scoop protein powder of choice (I prefer vanilla)
  6. 2 scoops Organic Red-Superfoods Blend (from Prairie Naturals)
  7. 1 tsp white maca
  8. ½ ripe avocado
  9. 2 tsp Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
  1. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill your popsicle trays and freeze for at least 4 hours! (makes at least 6 popsicles)
