Gingerbread Pear Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. ½ cup coconut cream
  3. ½ fresh pear
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. ½ tsp all spice
  6. ½ tsp cloves
  7. 2 tbsp molasses
Instructions
  1. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Delicious with egg nog or gingerbread energy bites!
