Goji Pitaya Chia with Banana Charcoal Smoothie

FOR THE CHIA PUDDING BOTTOM
  1. 4 tbsp chia
  2. ¼ cup fresh strawberries
  3. 1 tsp goji berries
  4. ¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  5. 1 tsp pitaya powder
FOR THE SMOOTHIE
  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. 1 tbsp activated charcoal powder
  3. 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  4. 3 tbsp coconut cream
  5. ¼ cup oat milk
  6. 1 scoop collagen or protein powder
  7. ½ avocado
  8. 1 stemless wine glass
Instructions
  1. Blend strawberries in a blender.
  2. Mix strawberries, chia seeds, yogurt, pitaya powder and goji berries and add to the bottom of the wine glass.
  3. Blend all smoothie ingredients and add smoothie to chia bottom.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
