Kiwi Dragonfruit Coconut Smoothie
Serves 1
  1. 2 frozen kiwis whole
  2. ½ a dragon fruit out of the shell
  3. 2 tbsp coconut cream
  4. 1 frozen banana
  5. 2 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  6. 1 tsp white vanilla powder
  7. 2 scoops of collagen or protein powder of choice
  8. Bonus (add a green if you like, spinach is always a good choice.)
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add extra coconut cream or yogurt to make thicker
  3. Makes about a cup! Enjoy!
