Kiwi Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl
Serves 2
  1. 2 fresh kiwis
  2. 1 dragonfruit cut of the flesh frozen
  3. 1 frozen banana
  4. 3 tbsp Yoso coconut yogurt
  5. 3 tbsp coconut cream
  6. ½ avocado
  7. 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
  8. 1 tbsp collagen (for protein)
  9. Toppings
  10. 1 kiwi sliced
  11. 2 slices dragonfruit
  12. ½ banana sliced
  13. 1 tsp hemp hearts
  14. 2 fresh strawberries sliced
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top them off with slices of kiwi, dragonfruit, banana, hemp hearts and fresh strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!
