Lemon Coconut Overnight Oats
Serves 2
  1. White Layer
  2. ¼ Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
  3. Lemon Layer
  4. ½ cup Coconut Cream
  5. ½ tsp organic lemon extract
  6. ¼ Dunaliella Salina Powder
  7. Other ingredients
  8. ¼ unsweetened shredded coconut
  9. 1 fresh lemon slice
  10. ½ cup gluten-free oats
  1. Mix all lemon layer ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a mason jar start with a layer of oats, lemon, coconut & Yoso vanilla coconut yogurt, Yoso coconut yogurt and repeat until the jar is full. Top it all with a lemon slice.
