  1. ½ cup frozen blueberries
  2. ½ cup frozen blackberries
  3. ½ cup frozen blackberries
  4. ½ cup frozen raspberries
  5. ½ ripe avocado
  6. 1 cup frozen or fresh spinach
  7. 1 Scoop protein powder of choice
  8. 2 scoops e3live Blue Majik
  9. ¼ cup unsweetened coconut cream
  10. 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  11. ¼ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Makes about 1-1.5 cups.
