Neapolitan Chia Smoothie

For the Chocolate Chia Bottom
  1. 4 tbsp chia
  2. 1 tbsp cacao powder
  3. ¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  4. 1 tsp maple syrup
For the Vanilla Chia Center
  1. 4 tbsp chia
  2. ¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  3. 1 tsp maple syrup
  4. 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Smoothie Top
  1. ¼ cup fresh strawberries blended in a blender
  2. ¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  3. 2 scoops collagen
  4. ½ ripe avocado
Instructions
  1. Blend strawberry smoothie ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix the chocolate layer of ingredients in a small bowl and let set until thick. Add to the bottom of a jar or stemless wine glass.
  3. Mix the white layer of ingredients in a small bowl and let set until thick. Add on top of the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with the strawberry layer.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
