  2. 1 frozen banana
  3. 1 tbsp pink dragonfruit powder
  4. 3 tbsp coconut cream
  5. 2 tbsp Yoso coconut yogurt
  6. 2 tbsp mango peach Omegalicious
  7. 1 scoop protein powder of choice
Method
  1. In a high speed blender add banana, dragonfruit powder, omegalicious, protein powder, coconut cream, yoso yogurt and blend well until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into your favorite glass or jar and enjoy.
  3. Serves 1-2 people and is high in healthy omega fats!
