Pumpkin Spice Nicecream with Pitaya Drizzle
Serves 2
For Pumpkin Nicecream
  1. 2 frozen bananas
  2. 1 tsp cinnamon
  3. ¼ tsp nutmeg
  4. 2 tbsp coconut cream
  5. 2 tbsp Yoso Coconut Yogurt
  6. 4 tbsp unsweetened canned pumpkin
Pitaya Drizzle
  1. ¼ cup Yoso coconut yogurt
  2. ¼ cup coconut cream
  3. ½ tsp cinnamon
  4. 1 tsp pitaya powder
  1. In a high speed blender mix all nicecream ingredient until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Mix pitaya drizzle ingredients in a blender and drizzle on nicecream.
