Pumpkin Spice Nicecream with Pitaya Drizzle

Ingredients

For the Nicecream:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp Yoso Coconut Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened canned pumpkin

For the Drizzle:

  • ¼ cup Yoso coconut yogurt
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pitaya powder

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender mix all nicecream ingredient until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Mix pitaya drizzle ingredients in a blender and drizzle on nicecream.
