Warm Cinnamon Chai Drink

Warm Cinnamon Chai Drink
Serves 1
  1. 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  2. 1 chai tea bag (steeped in ¼ cup coconut milk for 5 minutes)
  3. 1 tbsp maple syrup
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. 2 tbsp coconut cream
  6. 1 cinnamon stick
  1. In a medium size pot add the coconut milk and steeped chai tea bag and maple syrup and mix well.
  2. Once the milk comes to a low simmer, add cinnamon and coconut cream and mix well and turn off the heat.
  3. Garnish with your cinnamon stir stick.
