  1. 4 Gala Apples
  2. 4 TBSP Coconut Oil
  3. 1 TBSP Cinnamon
  4. 2 TBSP Lucuma Powder
  5. ¼ Cup Pecan Pieces
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F
  2. Core the middle out of apples, and slice them in half
  3. Place the halves in a glass baking dish 9” x 13”
  4. Melt coconut oil in pot on medium heat until it liquefies
  5. Turn off heat, add Lucuma Powder and Cinnamon, mix well
  6. Add 1 TSP of Coconut Oil mixture on to each Apple halves, then sprinkle each with pecan pieces
  7. Add 1 TSP of Coconut Oil mixture over the Apple halves and pecans.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until apples are soft
  1. Enjoy with some Screamin Brothers Dairy Free Vanilla or additional Cinnamon
