Mint Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp organic peppermint extract
  • 2 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender add all ingredients and blend on high until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour and serve with a mint leaf!
