Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

- 1 banana thinly sliced
- ½ cup Gluten-free oats
- ½ cup coconut cream
- ⅓ cup Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- Pink Layer
- ⅓ cup Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
- ½ tsp pitaya powder
Instructions
- In a mason jar, layer oats, banana, coconut cream, shredded coconut, then the Yoso coconut yogurt and near the top add a layer of the pitaya yogurt mix until jar is full. Top with the banana slices. Enjoy!
