Electric Pink Charcoal Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

For the Pink Smoothie:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp pitaya powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp Yoso coconut yogurt

For the Charcoal Smoothie:

  • 1 tsp activated charcoal
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp Yoso coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp collagen (for protein)
  • Toppings
  • 2 slices of dragonfruit
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Handful of coconut chips

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine ingredients for the charcoal smoothie and after blending them all, add it to a bowl.
  2. Blend ingredients for the pink smoothie and drizzle over the charcoal smoothie.
  3. Top it all off with the dragonfruit slices, chia seeds and coconut chips. Enjoy!
