Chocolate Mint Overnight Oats

Ingredients

White Layer:

  • ¼ Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt

Mint Layer:

  • ½ cup Vanilla Yoso
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ tsp Unicorn Superfoods Alkalizing Blend

Other Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup gluten-free oats

Instructions

  1. Mix all mint green layer ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a mason jar start with a layer of oats, then the mint green layer, then chocolate chips, oats, yogurt and repeat until the jar is full. Top with chocolate chips and serve.
  3. Serves 1-2
