Turkey Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Gluten-free Flour
- 1 tsp Aluminum-free Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 Tbsp grade B or C Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 Medium Organic Gala Apples Shredded
- 1 Package Winter’s Turkey Deli Style Slices
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
- Add turkey pieces and cook until brown & slice into small pieces
- In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, sea salt and cinnamon, stir well
- Add in eggs, maple syrup, milk, oil, shredded apple, turkey and vanilla and mix well
- Over medium/high heat add 1 Tbsp coconut oil and drop batter making medium size pancakes
- Flip pancakes once golden brown on the underside
- Top with organic maple syrup and enjoy!
