Anti inflammatory Banana Chai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp Chai Turmeric powder from Botanica Health
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp collagen powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend well.
  2. Add to a bowl and top with banana, cacao nibs, chia seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut, cinnamon sticks and enjoy!
