Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

2 apples, peeled and cored

1 ripe banana

1 cup coconut milk

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup non-contaminated gluten free rolled oats

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and process on high until it is smooth.

Enjoy!
