Apple Pie Smoothie
- Yield: 1 large serving or 2 small ones 1x
2 apples, peeled and cored
1 ripe banana
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup non-contaminated gluten free rolled oats
Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and process on high until it is smooth.
tastes like an apple pie in a glass!
