Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

  1. 1 banana thinly sliced
  2. ½ cup Gluten-free oats
  3. ½ cup coconut cream
  4. ⅓ cup Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
  5. ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  6. Pink Layer
  7. ⅓ cup Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
  8. ½ tsp pitaya powder


  1. In a mason jar, layer oats, banana, coconut cream, shredded coconut, then the Yoso coconut yogurt and near the top add a layer of the pitaya yogurt mix until jar is full. Top with the banana slices. Enjoy!
