Banana Sweet Potato Spice Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ raw or steamed yams diced into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk unsweetened
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend well. Serve and enjoy!
  2. Serves 1-2
