Banana Sweet Potato Spice Smoothie
- Yield: 2 1x
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ raw or steamed yams diced into small pieces
- 3 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
- ¼ cup almond milk unsweetened
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend well. Serve and enjoy!
- Serves 1-2
