Banana Vanilla Mango Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients

For the Smoothie:
- 1 tbsp pitaya powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 5 frozen strawberries
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbsp collagen (for protein)
- 3 tbsp coconut cream
- 3 tbsp Yoso coconut yogurt
For the Toppings:
- 2 slices dragon fruit
- A handful of raspberries
- ½ sliced banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp dried rose petals
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Top it all off with dragonfruit, raspberries, banana, chia seeds and rose petals.
- Enjoy!
