Blackberry Blueberry Parfait

Ingredients

Scale

For the Blackberry Layer:

A handful of blackberries

For the Chia layer:

3 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
A handful of blueberries (for the chia layer)

1 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp blue majik

For the White Layer:

½ cup Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, blended blueberries, almond milk, maple syrup, and the blue majik powder and let sit until thick.
  2. In a stemless wine glass add a layer of the chia mix on the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of blackberries.
  4. On top of that add a layer of Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt and top it all off with blackberries. Enjoy!
