Blue Watermelon Parfait

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 2 pieces of watermelon cut into shapes
  2. Chia layer
  3. 3 tbsp chia seeds
  4. ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  5. 1 tsp maple syrup
  6. 1 tsp organic lemon extract
  7. ½ tsp blue majik
  8. White layer
  9. ½ cup Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
  10. Blue layer
  11. 1/2 cup Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
  12. 1/2 tsp E3Live Blue Majik

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, lemon and the blue majik powder and let sit until thick.
  2. In a stemless wine glass add a layer of the chia mix on the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of the blue yogurt mixture.
  4. Then a layer of watermelon and then repeat the layering again.
  5. Top with watermelon and fresh berries and enjoy!
