Bold White Coconut Berry Popsicle

Ingredients

For the White Coconut Smoothie:

½ Cup Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
½ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Cream (room temperature)
½ Frozen Banana
¼ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla protein Powder of choice (preferably Vanilla)
1 Tsp White Vanilla Powder

For the Berry Smoothie:

½ cup raspberries frozen
5 frozen strawberries
1 tsp white vanilla powder
1 scoop protein powder of choice (I like vanilla)
1 Cup coconut Milk
½ avocado
2 Tbsp Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

Instructions

For the White Coconut Smoothie:

  1. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. To make thicker add more coconut cream or yogurt.
  3. Add into popsicle trays and fill half full leaving the other half for the berry.

For the Berry Smoothie:

  1. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. To make thicker add more coconut cream or yogurt.
  3. Add to popsicle trays with the white coconut and freeze at least 4 hours. Makes about 6 popsicles.
