Chocolate Gingerbread Parfait
- Yield: 2 1x
1 Stemless wine glass or mason jar
(For the chocolate layer)
½ cup coconut chocolate Yoso yogurt OR ½ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt with 1 scoop Botanica chocolate greens
(For the gingerbread layer)
½ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp allspice
¼ tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger powder
½ cup plain Yoso unsweetened yogurt for layering
- In a medium size bowl add the unsweetened yogurt, molasses, maple syrup and spices for the gingerbread layer and mix well.
- In your stemless wine glass or mason jar add a layer of chocolate yogurt, then a layer of plain yoso yogurt, then a gingerbread layer and repeat layering until your jar or glass is full.
- Top with a cranberry and enjoy!
