Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 organic green apple chopped in half
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 scoop Prairie Naturals Aqua Greens
  • 1 Scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Slice frozen pineapple into smaller pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Makes about 1-1.5 cups.
