Gingerbread Egg Nog Parfait

For the Gingerbread Layer:

  • ½ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

For the Egg Nog Layer:

  • ½ cup unsweetened Yoso coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Dash of So Delicious Egg Nog drink
  • ½ cup plain Yoso unsweetened yogurt for layering

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 stemless wine glass or mason jar


  1. In a medium size bowl add the unsweetened yogurt, molasses, maple syrup and spices for the gingerbread layer and mix well.
  2. In a second bowl add all the ingredients for the egg nog layer and mix well.
  3. In your stemless wine glass or mason jar add a layer of egg nog, then a layer of gingerbread, then a plain layer and repeat the process until your jar or glass is full.
